What does the $149 new patient special include?
The $149 new patient special includes a comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, a professional cleaning, and a fluoride treatment. It is for new patients only and cannot be combined with dental insurance or other offers. If periodontal (gum) therapy is diagnosed, the standard cleaning is not included.
How much will my dental treatment cost?
Costs depend on the treatment you need. New patients can start with our $149 special (exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride). Do I need a referral to become a patient?
No referral is needed. New patients are always welcome — just call (630) 796-0030 or schedule online to book your first visit.
How often should I get a dental cleaning?
Most patients should have a professional cleaning and exam every six months. If you have gum disease or other ongoing concerns, your dentist may recommend more frequent visits.
Insurance & Financing
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We are in network with most dental PPO plans, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Careington, Principal, Sun Life, and GEHA/Lincoln. We also accept Medicare Advantage plans with dental benefits from Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. Our team verifies your benefits before your visit so you know your cost up front.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We accept CareCredit, which offers monthly payment plans for dental treatment, and we will work with you to find an option that fits your budget. Patients without insurance can also join our in-house membership plan at $399 per year.
What is your in-house membership plan?
Our membership plan costs $399 per year and is designed for patients without dental insurance. It includes two professional cleanings with fluoride, a full set of x-rays each year, and 20% off all other treatment.
Comfort & Care
Is dental treatment painful? Do you offer sedation?
We focus on gentle, comfortable care and use modern techniques to keep treatment as pain-free as possible. For anxious patients, we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation to help you relax.
Do you see children?
Yes. We are a family dental practice and welcome patients of all ages, from young children to seniors. Dr. Fatima Quadri especially loves treating children.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call us right away at (630) 796-0030. We reserve time for same-day emergency visits during office hours, and on weekends we always answer our phones — if you need urgent care, we will come in to treat you.
Hours & Location
What are your office hours? Are you open on weekends?
Our hours are Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 8am to 4pm, Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday 8am to noon. We are closed on weekends except for dental emergencies — we always answer our phones on weekends and will come in to treat you if needed.
